• AI processing occurs on secure infrastructure; your data is not shared with external AI providers
• Your data is never used to train AI models — it is only processed to produce results for your account
• AI-generated results (insights, scripts, reports) are stored alongside your dataset and deleted when you remove the dataset

When you upload datasets to AcronIQ Prism:

• Your files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage
• Only you (and team members you explicitly grant access to) can view your uploaded data
• AcronIQ staff do not access your uploaded data unless required for technical support with your explicit consent

• You retain full ownership of all data you upload
